LLM
A Large Language Model is the engine that understands your question and writes a clear reply. On its own it’s a general reader — it knows nothing about your business until you give it your documents.
Agent
An agent is that engine connected to your documents. It looks things up before it answers, so it responds about your policies, manuals, and records — not the internet at large. This is what we build for you.
Grounded answers
Instead of guessing, the agent retrieves the exact passages that answer your question and writes from those — then shows the source to open. That’s why every answer comes with a link you can verify.
How the assistant actually answers
When you ask a question, NOVA-AI doesn’t guess. It searches your documents for the most relevant passages, then uses a language model to write a clear answer grounded in what it found — and it shows you the exact sources so you can check them.

This approach is called retrieval-augmented generation: retrieve the right passages first, then generate the answer from them. It keeps answers accurate, current with your latest documents, and verifiable — no black box.
